Do you offer White Glove Delivery and Assembly?
Yes, we offer a White Glove service that includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
Does Diamond Furniture provide a warranty?
All of our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage.
Can I request fabric or wood finish samples?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our website to help you visualize the materials in your home before making a purchase.
