At Diamond Furniture, we want you to love your home. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and packaging; for large items, our white-glove team will schedule a convenient time to inspect and collect the piece from your home.

• 3.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once the item arrives back at our distribution center, our quality control specialists will verify the item's condition to ensure it meets our resale standards.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
